Terms and Conditions:
1- ETC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses with prior notice without any liability on its part.
2- All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed and the course is paid for, any subsequent price changes will NOT be implemented for that particular booking. Book early.
3- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 100% minimum 10 working days prior to the course start.
4- ETC reserves the right to refuse scheduling, booking or attendance on courses if there are outstanding past due payments.
5- ETC reserves the right to refuse attendance on courses if there are any outstanding payments due.
6- Cancellation requests must be sent by fax or by email, otherwise, they will NOT be accepted and payment in full must be made.
7- No course cancellations will be accepted within 10 working days before commencement of the course ?No Shows? will be due for payment in full.
9- Substitute delegates will be accepted.
10- As per the contractual agreement between ETC and course vendors, it is not allowed to sell manuals without delegate attending a course and every delegate receives his own training kit. To guarantee training kit availability, booking must be confirmed and payment issued a minimum of 10 working days prior to course commencement. Late Confirmations or payments will cause late delivery of course training kit.
11- Course availability is on first come first serve basis. To guarantee your seat it is highly recommended to book training at least 15 working days in advance.
12- All delegates are accepted on the understanding that they have read and agreed to the requirements of the course pre-requisites and outlines.
13- Companies that operate its own purchase order systems must attach a hard copied Purchase Order.
14- Payment is to be made in EGP or US$ at bank rate as of the date of payment.
15- For overseas bookings, please attach a copy of your bank transfer receipt.
